The holiday home Villa de famille Maragre, au calme is located in Sainte-Marie-la-Mer just a short walk from the beach.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
This accommodation does not offer: towels.
This property features a private garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The vacation home is conveniently situated close to the beach.
Guests can purchase fresh fish 200 m from the property, and the host will be happy to provide recommendations on the types of fish for grilling.
Fresh vegetables can be purchased at Jacques's.
Public transport links are within walking distance of the property. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. For sea and sailing lovers, there is a possibility to organize an outing on a Tahiti ketch, an old wooden frame from 1962, depending on the weather and subject to availability. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
