Located in the quiet neighbourhood at the seafront of Lungomare Europa, the apartment is a 9-minute walk from the shore. A one-bedroom apartment for 2, it is situated on the second floor with a private balcony, accessible from the bedroom and the dining area.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area are arranged with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table set. The bright space is illuminated with the windows, also offering pleasing mountain and sea views. With amenities like a cooker hob, a coffee machine, an oven and a fridge with a freezer, you have the convenience of self-catering.
The bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a balcony.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, a WC, and a bidet.

The famous Lungomare Europa trail is a wonderful hiking option along the beach and can be explored on foot or even on a cycle, with the rental services in the same proximity. With the town's rich history, guests can visit the Town Hall, Fornace Bianchi- a local history museum, and the Parish of Santa Maria Maggiore at a 5-minute drive.
