Villa Adán is located in Cádiz and offers 120 m² of space.
It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and cookware, 3 bedrooms (one in an adjacent building), and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests.
You'll find basic pantry items (salt, oil, and sugar) to get you started.
Additional amenities include a gym for adults only, available for an extra fee, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV with international channels and on-demand content, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine.
A crib is also available. The private outdoor area includes a fenced pool, garden, open and covered terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Enjoy a large private saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and water seating overlooking the barbecue area.
The outdoor space also offers a ping pong table and darts for everyone's entertainment. The property is in a quiet area with good connections to the beach, city, and highway.
Public transport links are within walking distance.

La casa tenía una piscina que era un espectáculo. La casa está distribuida en 2 zonas. Casa muy amplia cocina,comedor y demás también muy amplio. Para repetir.
Faltaban suministros básicos de cocina
( sal, aceite, azúcar....).
Ha sido un sueño hecho realidad
