The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator.
This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a rooftop terrace with a pool and a shower, a covered terrace, and a balcony. Enjoy the shared outdoor area at our property, which includes a fenced pool, a garden, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. The property is located in a residential area close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. A parking space is available in a garage. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests must respect quiet hours and be respectful of noise. Please be informed that according to the regulations due to water restrictions, the swimming pool can only be opened from the 1st June to the 30th September.

The host made it really easy to communicate. Ulrika made us feel really welcome and provided great information throughout. Beautiful clean pool to relax in.
