Waterdorp Burdaard offers very comfortable accommodation in luxury villas for 4, 6 or 10 people.

The detached villas in nautical colors and attention to detail are equipped with all comforts.

The interior is very tasteful and meets the needs of demanding guests.

On the first floor there is an open kitchen with a spacious, cozy living-dining room.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and Nespresso, combi-microwave, 4-burner stove and sufficient kitchen utensils.

The living room has a spacious dining area, a comfortable sofa and a TV.

A bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

On the second floor are four bedrooms.

Each bedroom has two single beds.

Each bedroom has a protective insect screen.
There is also two bathrooms with a shower, toilet and a sink.

Charming French doors in the living room open onto the furnished, covered terrace and the garden, where you can enjoy the magnificent view.

From the kitchen, you enter a spacious storage room where you can park your bicycles.

Important house rules:
• Pets are not allowed
• Hand and kitchen towels can be booked in addition
• For a fee you can use various facilities of the MultiFuntcioneelCentrum (MFC), for opening hours and prices please visit their website www.mfcburdaard.nl.
• Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
• For group accommodations (homes for 10 people), the minimum age of the main booker is 25.

The rest of the group must be at least 21 years old.
• The park reserves the right to charge a deposit of € 300.00 per traveling party.

Any damage to the property or caused by nuisance may be deducted from the deposit.

Refusal to pay this deposit voids your rights to stay without refund on your already paid monies.
• For other reservations, the minimum age is 21 years. Families and families with children are allowed.

An additional deposit may be charged based on group composition
• Business reservations are allowed for a maximum period of 14 consecutive nights, with a mandatory weekly cleaning in between, which will be charged after making the booking.

A maximum of one person per bedroom is required.
