La Casa dei Girasoli in Castelletto Sopra Ticino is a holiday home equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private garden.
Surrounded by the countryside of Parco del Ticino, on the Piedmontese shore of Lake Maggiore, it is located in a charming villa completely renovated in 2023.
The apartment, situated on the raised ground floor with a private entrance, offers about 100 sqm of living space.
The air-conditioned accommodation, furnished with new furniture, includes an entrance, a living area with a lounge, two comfortable sofas, electric fireplace, smart TV, and a large dining table.
