The holiday apartment ehemaliges Gutsverwalterhaus with step-free interior is located in Woldegk OT Mildenitz and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 49 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The apartment occupies the ground floor, offering a quiet setting with a garden view.
Guests can also take advantage of a covered terrace and barbecue facilities. The property is located approx. 6 km from the windmill town of Woldegk as well as the village of Wolfshagen with the biggest number of historic buildings in northern Germany per square meter.
Swimming lakes with bathing areas and forests can be reached on foot in approx. 25 minutes or by bike in approx. 15 minutes. A parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted on this property. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. 3 bikes are provided. The property has a motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
