Located in Costa Rei, the holiday home Villa Tiziana offers guests a fantastic view of the sea.
The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This vacation rental features a private outdoor space, including a garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The vacation home is within walking distance of Costa Rei beach, with essential services such as a kiosk/bar, restaurants/pizzerias, a supermarket, and an ATM all within a few minutes' reach. 3 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee).
Smoking inside the building and celebrating events are not allowed.
Guests are asked to observe the afternoon and nighttime quiet hours during their stay.
Upon request, 2 of the double rooms can be converted into twin rooms with 2 single beds.
This property has guidelines to help guests with recycling correct separation of waste.

Wunderschönes und super gepflegtes Grundstück, direkt am Strand. Viel Platz zum Spielen mit der Familie. Ideale Lage für verschiedene Ausflüge. Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe.
Das Haus ist geräumig und zweckmäßig ausgestattet.
Kontakt mit Tiziana war sehr freundlich und problemlos. Uns wurde bei Problemen sofort geholfen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Einrichtung relativ einfach. Vor allem Küche klein für viele Gäste. Aber die meiste Zeit ist man sowieso draußen.
Haus am Strand mit Riesengrundstück zum spielen.
