The lovingly and fully furnished 30 m² apartment features a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom, offering space for 2 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV.
You have access to two terraces at the front and back of the building, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The apartment is in a quiet location, just a few steps from Corner's Bistro with breakfast options, 200 m from a train station, 800 m from the beach, and 1 km from Achterwasser with restaurants.
Additional restaurants are available in the village.
A parking space is available directly in front of the property.
There is a lockable storage area for bicycles.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
With a spa card, you can use the UBB train for free and rent a UseDomRad.
The property has guidelines to help you separate waste correctly.

Ein Abschließbarer Schuppen zur Unterbringung von Fahrrädern ist vorhanden.
Die Buchung über Holidu kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Beim einchecken in die FeWo sehr freundlicher und netter Empfang.
Zwei Terrassen mit genügend Gartenstühle und Tisch, wir konnten auch das Carport bei schlechteren Wetter zum Sitzen mit nutzen.
Super bequeme Betten und Ecksofa.
Es gibt viel auf der Insel zu entdecken und der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Ein herzlichen Danke Familie Brose, wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
