Overlooking the sea, the holiday home Villa Mare Blu with step-free access and interior in Palermo impresses guests with its fantastic views.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning in all rooms as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space featuring a garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The property, which features private access to the beach, is situated 900 m from Arenella Beach, 6.4 km from the city centre, 7.8 km from Mondello Beach, 12 km from Sferracavallo, 15 km from Isola delle Femmine and 31.6 km from the airport.
In addition, a tennis court and public transport links are located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Excursions to Monte Pellegrino and the main islands of Sicily can be organised upon request. Rental boats and jet skis are available upon request. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. House Rules: Smoking is prohibited. Turn off lights and air conditioners when leaving the structure. The host was nice and easy to communicate. The place was clean, we found all the things you need (washing machine, iron table, all the dishes, salt, pepper, oil…). Also the location is great - close to Palermo, sandy beach, free parking on the street. 3 AC units are also a big plus during the hot days. What we also loved was a big terrace with a big umbrella for the shade.
Just one grill for BBQ is missing and it would be 10/10.

Maison très bien située, accès mer, bus devant la maison, pratique pour aller à Palerme.
Correspond au descriptif, avec une terrasse très agréable.

The house and large terrace were great. Air conditioning a big plus as it was so hot! You definitely need swim shoes to swim off the rocky/sharp shelf at the end of the path and be careful not too put hands down as you will get sliced!
