Bright, peaceful holiday home in the heart of Périgord Noir: the ideal base for a holiday with many charms
Close to all amenities, just 5 km from the historic centre of Sarlat-la-Canéda, this single-storey house welcomes you for a relaxing and rewarding holiday.
Accommodation:
-Fitted kitchen: opens onto a bright living room.
-Dining room: spacious and convivial.
-Bedrooms: two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x200) and the other with two single beds (90x190). Sheets not provided.
-Bathroom: equipped with walk-in shower, double basins, towel rail, wardrobe and hairdryer. Towels not provided.
-WC: separate.
-Outside: large partially enclosed garden with spacious terrace, swing and barbecue.
Other remarks:
-Bed linen and towels not provided.
-Pets not allowed.
-Deposit cheque to be given to the owner when the keys are handed over.
Activities and discoveries :
The house is ideally located for exploring the region's must-see tourist sites.
For a more sporting holiday, this area is perfect for cycling, walking, inline skating and scootering. The River Dordogne, 4 km away, offers a variety of activities including canoeing, gabare trips, paddle boarding, swimming and relaxing.
Other activities: Accrobranche, Hot-air balloon flights, Domaine de Rochebois golf course (9 holes, 4 km away)
Visits to local farms and tasting of regional specialities
Don't miss the local markets (Sunday mornings in Carsac or Saint-Cyprien, Wednesday and Saturday mornings in Sarlat), as well as the many village fêtes and gourmet markets that will liven up your stay.
