Bright and peaceful holiday home in the heart of Périgord Noir: the ideal starting point for a charming holiday.
Close to all amenities, just 5 km from the historic center of Sarlat-la-Canéda, this single-storey house welcomes you for a relaxing and enriching stay. Accommodation: - Equipped kitchen, open to a bright living area. - Spacious and friendly dining room. - Two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200), the other with two single beds (90x190).
Sheets are not provided. - Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, towel dryer, wardrobe, and hair dryer.
Towels are not provided. - Separate WC. - Outside: large, partially enclosed garden with spacious terrace, swing, and barbecue. Other notes: - Sheets and towels are not provided. - Cleaning service available for an extra fee, to be paid directly to the owner upon arrival.

For sports enthusiasts, the area offers cycling, walking, rollerblading, and scootering.
The Dordogne river, 4 km away, offers activities such as canoeing, boat trips, paddle boarding, swimming, and relaxing. Other activities: tree climbing, hot air balloon flights, golf (9 holes nearby), visits to local farms and tasting of regional specialties.
Do not miss the local markets (Sunday morning in Carsac or Saint-Cyprien, Wednesday and Saturday morning in Sarlat), as well as the many village festivals and gourmet markets that will enliven your stay.
