Carefully renovated, the accommodation is part of a historic building and spans two floors.
It features a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, children's books and toys.
A baby cot and high chair are also available.
Enjoy your own outdoor space with an open terrace, a private barrel sauna, a balcony, and a barbecue.
Sauna use is available for an extra charge.
With views of the Black Forest valleys, the apartment offers a peaceful location right at the edge of the woods.
The city center, train station, supermarkets, and the Klosterweiher natural swimming pool are 2 km away.
Germany’s highest waterfalls in Triberg are 13 km away, and the Black Forest Open-Air Museum in Gutach is 25 km away.
There are three parking spaces on the property.
On request, storage for motorbikes and bicycles, a ski depot, and access to a washing machine and dryer can be provided.

Peace and quiet. High standard/finishes throughout the property.
Very clean. Fantastic location to visit the Black Forest and what it has to offer.

Inrichting bovenste verdieping (onder dak) /deel 1. Verbouwing en ecologisch aspect van de woning, dakbedekking woning volledig met ingewerkte zonnepanelen. Op de zuidzijden, niet zichtbare zonnecellen, verwarming via warmtepomp. Eigenaar gaat onderste deel verder nog verbouwen /deel 2.
