The 105 m² apartment features a living room with two sofa beds (each for 2 people), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video streaming) and a smart TV with streaming services.
A travel cot with foam mattress and a high chair are available; please bring your own baby bedding.
The private, covered terrace is ideal for relaxing evenings.
The terrace light is motion-activated (no continuous lighting). Located in the heart of the Black Forest near the French border, the property is 1 km from the train station, 1.5 km from the spa and resort town of Gernsbach, 10 km from the highway, 11 km from Baden-Baden with its famous casino, 23 km from the airport, and 85 km from Europa-Park Rust.
The apartment is in a quiet hillside location; walking to the center takes about 20 minutes (uphill on the way back). Alternatively, a shuttle taxi is available, which you can use free of charge with the KONUS guest card. Please park on the street, not in the courtyard.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
The washing machine can be used for an additional fee. Sewing and first-aid kits are provided.

Zu dunkel und zu niedrige Decken. Mein Mann mit 1,86 m konnte am Spülbecken nicht stehen.
NyHaus hat gepasst, Vermieterin wohnt nebenan.

Es gab nur 3 richtige Betten
Ein Nachbar spielt die Polizei. Jagt einen vom Hof wenn man nur seine Sachen ausladen will und ist dabei sehr unfreundlich

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers und die Lage.
Das in der Beschreibung drei Schlafzimmer angegeben werden und in Wirklichkeit nur zwei vorhanden sind.Wenn Mann mit Familien kommen würde und Kinder vorhanden sind,müssten die im Wohnzimmer schlafen während die Erwachsenen in der Essecke sich aufhalten.Für mich ist ein Schlafzimmer,ein abschließbarer Raum.
