Situated on the 4th and top floor, it features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (3 beds), a bathroom with shower, and accommodates 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote working, a TV, and a washing machine.
A high chair is also available.
The apartment offers air conditioning in one bedroom and a fan in the second.
The building has an elevator.

We enjoyed our stay and were made feel very welcome by our hosts, Monique & Sebastian. The appartment has a fantastic and spacious balcony. It was well located with everything less than a 20 min walk. Secure and free car parking was a bonus. No air conditioning but very few places seem to include this.
