Simple holiday home in a wooded, seaside setting (built in 1960/single-story) on a large, enclosed, natural, and wooded plot, located in a residential area of Le Phare.
Approximately 200 meters from access to Plage des Coraux (access via Tranche 13) and approximately 1,000 meters from the town center of La Tranche-sur-Mer (15-minute walk). 2 km from the shopping center. - Entrance at the rear of the house, - One main room opening onto a wooden terrace, comprising a living area with sofa and flat-screen satellite TV, - A small kitchenette (4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment), - Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm) and two bunk beds. - 1 small bathroom (sink and shower) and 1 separate toilet, - 1 utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
Free Wi-Fi access. 1 decorative wood-burning stove. Outside: covered terrace, garden furniture and sun loungers, built-in barbecue.
On-site parking (space for 2 vehicles). End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
Cleaning service available upon reservation for €60. Bed linen and towels are not provided; this service is available for an additional fee upon reservation.
Please provide proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage.
Holiday vouchers accepted.

The property was so light & airy and we particularly loved the outside eating area with the deck & large table. It’s a great sized property as it was my wife & I and our 2 grown up children. The location was great for both the town & the many beaches. We would love to come back.
The property had a few ants in the bathroom at one point during our stay but thankfully it didn’t last.

C'est une chouette maison bien équipée sur un terrain agréablement arboré mais qui mériterait un rafraîchissement (peinture, double vitrage..).
Nous avons aimé l'emplacement trop proche de la mer à pied, le jardin arboré et l'équipement de la maison.
On se sens comme chez soi !
