“Sonnendeck” is our cozy apartment with approx. 70 sqm, where you can stay with 5 people.
In addition to a cozy children's room with three single beds, you can spread out in another bedroom with a double bed. Adjacent to this is the living room with a view of the south-facing terrace - in summer, the terrace is like an additional outdoor living room with a beach chair and seating! The sea is always in sight! The garden is available for shared use.

The large bedroom has a box-spring bed, which is super comfortable. There is also a small desk where you can work if necessary. There is definitely plenty of inspiration here, as you look out into the garden and can also see the sea from here. The natural beach is accessible via the garden, which you can also use. When the evenings turn Caribbean, you can use the garden for a barbecue. We provide you with a Weber barbecue for this purpose.

“Sonnendeck” has underfloor heating throughout (except in the bedrooms) and offers you a warming fireplace in the cooler seasons.

The kitchen is open to the living room and offers you everything you need in terms of appliances and equipment: Ceramic electric hob with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine with pods, kettle, microwave and toaster are a matter of course. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also located in the basement.
In the basement, which you can reach via your hallway, we have set up a small sauna for you. After the sauna you can either cool off directly in the Baltic Sea or in the free-standing bathtub with shower, which you will find next to the sauna.

Bed linen and towels, as well as tea towels and shower towels are available on request for a fee.
In front of the house you will find a private parking lot “sun deck”, a bicycle stand, as well as a charging facility for electric cars (for a fee).
The beach is only a few meters away and the Fehmarnsund Bridge is directly in sight. You can also go on beautiful bike tours in all directions from here.
The “sun deck” is located at the back of the house. When you unlock the house, you will find yourself in the hallway, which also leads to an upper apartment (our private apartment). The “sun deck” is at ground level. Only the sauna and access to the washing machine/dryer are located one floor below in the basement. The “Sonnendeck” parking space is for you. The terrace belongs only to your apartment and the garden is for shared use.

We are a small family from Rosengarten and as often as possible at the Fehmarnsund in our own apartment. However, as we are not always on site, we use the “Ostseeferien-Fehmarn” office and its services. There you will receive the keys to your dream apartment “Sonnendeck”. They will also be happy to help you with any questions about the apartment or tips on leisure activities.
