Located in Casares, the holiday home Florida Home offers guests a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, a fan, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in both bedrooms, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This property features a private outdoor space with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, and outdoor shower. Guests of this vacation home enjoy access to a pool (open from 9 am to 10 pm) and an outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach, the city of Estepona, and Sabinillas, between two golf courses (both less than 500 m away). There are shopping areas for all needs 10 minutes away. Golf Finca Cortesin and Golf Dona Julia, 2 of the best golf courses can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street, and a parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to treat neighbors with respect and observe the quiet hours during their stay. The check-in process was a little bit messy, but don’t worry—it's all harmless! You just need to sign a rental agreement, which simply asks if you'll follow the house rules. It’s really an easy step, and we appreciate your understanding!
