In Licata, the villa Al Tramonto vista mare offers an excellent view of the sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available.
Private outdoor area featuring a fenced pool, open terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The villa is located 2 km from Marianello, 6 km from Spiaggia di Mollarella, 40 km from the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, 50 km from Scala dei Turchi, 85 km from Marina di Ragusa, and 131 km from Catania Airport.
The nearest train station is in Agrigento, and the Licata bus stop is also nearby. 2 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.
Please note that it is recommended that you navigate the area in a private car. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Boat tours and tennis or padel court reservations are available through the host (for a fee). This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay in Villa al Tramonto, and wish we could have stayed longer. Mario is a very responsive host, and the property more than lives up to its listing and photos. What a beautiful spot with lovely sea views and an immaculate property!
