The holiday apartment "Wohnung Mit Dachterrasse" in Absberg offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Spread over two floors, the apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 2 guests.
Additional amenities include fast Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, a TV, washing machine, as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot is also available.
The private rooftop terrace is a highlight—much more spacious in reality than shown in the photos—perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors.
Guests also have access to a shared garden with barbecue facilities. The property is located in a rural area by Lake Brombach, right next to a farm.
You may hear animal sounds in the early morning, including a peacock—an authentic countryside experience for those who appreciate rural life.
The property is close to the beach; a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Two parking spaces are available on the property, free street parking is possible, and a garage parking space is also provided.

Das Haus entsprach nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen.

Das Haus war zentral gelegen und unweit des Sees.
Die Möbel waren teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Pfannen nicht nutzbar. Wände z. T. verschmutzt. Essbereich für 5 Personen zu eng, TV-Programm unzureichend. Parkplatzsituation nicht günstig. Treppe ins OG sehr steil. Insgesamt war das Haus sehr hellhörig, da noch eine zweite Ferienwohnung vorhanden ist.

Für mich war die Matratze in einem Schlafzimmer viel zu weich.
Über etwas mehr Geschirr hätte ich mich gefreut, um die Spülmaschine besser ausnutzen zu können.
