Discover our charming house in the heart of the Périgord Noir! Located in a peaceful hamlet 2 kilometers from Montignac, our accommodation is ideal for a family vacation. You will find all the necessary comfort for an unforgettable stay.

On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. The dining room and living room, with sofa and TV, are perfect for relaxing.

Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes await you. A sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping space.

Outside, a garden table and chairs allow you to easily enjoy the enchanting surroundings. A charcoal barbecue is also available for convivial outdoor meals.

Cleaning and household linen are included, including sheets, towels, and kitchen cloths.

A safety gate is installed at the stairs for children.
Parking is available on the property, but access may be narrow for large vehicles.
