The room has 2 single beds, which can also be put together to form a double bed.
The room has a small seating area with table and satellite TV.
The private bathroom / shower / bathtub / WC is opposite the room.
Classic-sized towels are provided, but no shower towels.
These would have to be brought by yourself if required.
Our guesthouse is located in the Munich district, just a few minutes by car from the A99—an ideal base for exploring Munich and its surroundings.
The Riem/Munich East trade fair is about 10 minutes away, PEP and the Phoenix swimming pool Ottobrunn are easily accessible.
The Allianz Arena is around 20 minutes away, the airport about 30 minutes.
Tegernsee, Schliersee, and Chiemsee are also within easy reach.
In the nearby town center, you will find a pharmacy, a bakery with breakfast, banks, and restaurants.
Smoking is only allowed in a small lounge on the balcony and outside on the ground floor.
Twelve parking spaces and public street parking are available.
One pet is allowed on request and for an additional fee.
Please observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
The guest lounge is available to all guests and can also be rented exclusively for events.
Please contact the host via the booking platform.

It was near to munich, thats all
The dust, the broken things in the bathroom, our room was separated with the bathroom. All in all sadly a 1/10.

Ist halt ein schon in die Jahre gekommes Haus und von daher kann man es nicht mit eigen Haus mit neusten Standard vergleichen. Allerdings könnte man schon in der Küche etwas mehr investieren, da ist noch luft nach oben .
