The holiday apartment Moderne offene Dachgeschoßwohnung with step-free interior in Rheinau is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer as well as beach/pool towels. The property features a shared heated pool and a garden area, perfect for relaxing outdoors during your stay. The property is located a 15-minute drive from Kehl and the Rhine, 30 minutes from Strasbourg and 40 minutes from the Europa-Park in Rust.
Furthermore, the accommodation is within walking distance of a supermarket, several restaurants, bars and public transport links.
Moreover, the area offers numerous beautiful cycle paths. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The grounds include a riding stable with an indoor riding arena and pastures.
Boxes can be provided upon request (subject to availability). There is a stable with indoor riding arena 20x40 m at the house, I can also offer boxes for horses and pasture Box per stitch with hay and shavings bales per piece for the bedding, this is on request and for an extra fee. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site.
