Located on the third floor, the apartment features a bright living room with kitchenette and two double sofa beds, direct access to the terrace, a large double bedroom also with terrace access, and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment also includes an elevator, washing machine, and a covered parking space (included in the price). *Check-in: 16:00-19:00. Late check-in upon request only until 22:00 *Check-out: 10:00 °Services included: -Final cleaning -1 beach place (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds) °Services/items not included - Mandatory > to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency: -Security deposit: 100 euros > to be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection -City tax °Not included - Optional > to be requested in advance and paid in cash upon arrival at the agency.

Die Leute von der Agentur waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und vertrauensvoll. Die Nähe zum Strand und zu Restaurants war angenehm. Schirm und Liegen am Strand waren dabei, das war toll. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war auch dabei.
Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen, nur Kleinigkeiten.

Die Lage des Apartments war top. Die Kommunikation war auch klar uns einfach mit davide. Die Wohnung war sauber und dass man einen eigenen Parkplatz und einen strandplatz hatte war auch gut.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt aber zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten keine richtigen Decken und die Wohnung w...
