The holiday home Casa Pepita is located in Cacín and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine.
This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.
This property features a private pool and an open terrace.
The property offers a pool area with a terrace (open from the end of March to November). The property is located just a short walk from the town centre, a supermarket and bars.
In addition, the accommodation is 9 km from the Tajos del Río Cacin hiking trails, 25 km from the Alhama nature park, 57 km from the Sierra de Tejeda and 86 km from the Sierra de Almijara.
A parking space is available in a garage.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Please avoid unnecessary noise after 11 pm. One of the bedrooms is air-conditioned, while the other and the living room are equipped with fans.
The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. La maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille avec 2 enfants : la piscine et les aménagements autour sont parfaits.
Le village de Cacin est authentique et tellement reposant mais avec toutes les commodités pas loin en voiture.
On reviendra avec plaisir.

Maison agréable et cuisine bien équipée. Une des chambre n'a qu'un ventilateur et donne sur la rue. Du double vitrage serait appréciable. Des aménagements extérieurs supplémentaires seraient supers (2 transats en plus, changement du pommeau de douche de la piscine, nouveau barbecue, aménagement de la terrasse). Les plus : la superbe piscine et le propriétaire très sympathique et disponible.
