Located in Torre del Mar, the holiday apartment Plazamar 044 with step-free access has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available.
The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator. This vacation rental features a refreshing shared pool for hot summer days.
Additionally, a tennis court is available in the urbanization. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Making noise is forbidden from 24.00h to 08.00h. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. A shuttle service to/from the airport can be arranged upon request and for an extra fee.
