You will have one bedroom and one bathroom.
The kitchen is functional, and amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, fan, and radiator heating in both the main room and bathroom.
The studio is on the 4th and top floor, offering countryside views and beautiful sunsets.
An elevator is available at the building entrance for your convenience. Relax on your private balcony or the open terrace and enjoy the scenery. A shared parking space is available on site, as well as a communal bike storage room.
Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited in the studio and on the balcony, and parties or events are strictly forbidden.
