Located in Melendugno, the holiday apartment Dimora Elia has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available.
This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with an open terrace and a barbecue. Public transport links are located within walking distance. Melendugno, where our property is located, can be reached in the following ways depending on the period: From September to June it is connected to cities such as Lecce, Otranto, Maglie, and other locations, via the BUS service of the Ferrovie Sud Est (FSE). From June 22nd to September 8th the "Salento in BUS" service is active, connecting all the cities and the various seaside resorts. In addition, in Melendugno during the same summer period, the "Terra Mare in Bus" service is active, connecting Melendugno with its marinas (San Foca, Torre Dell'orso, Roca and Sant'Andrea) and for the entire month of August it is also active in the evening. The stop for this service is 100 meters from our property. From Bari or Brindisi it is possible to reach Melendugno, stopping in Lecce, by Train or Bus, and then continue with only the Bus or Taxi services. A private car rental service is available in the area. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
