The holiday apartment Small-residence with step-free interior is located in Berlin and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A high chair is also available. The apartment is located 8 minutes away from a park and a railway station, offering a 20-minute S-Bahn (speed rail) route to the city center.
A bus stop and grocery shopping facilities are a 10-minute walk away, and Wannsee can be reached by bus in 30 minutes. A parking space is available on the property.
Bicycle storage can be provided upon request in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. Shuttle from the train station is available upon request. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
