Located in La Tranche-sur-Mer, the holiday home Villa des Dunes with step-free access has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 300 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as 3 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 14 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as beach/pool towels.
In addition, a private gym and gym equipment are available for your use.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with a whirlpool, garden, terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Additionally, there is a heated private indoor pool for your enjoyment. The nearby area includes a bicycle path, surfing spots, and a state forest.
It is recommended to visit Puy du Fou (a historical theme park) and Ile de Ré (an island with picturesque villages). 2 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Beach towels and/or bathrobes can be provided. The king-size beds can be divided into single beds. Guests should be aware that in case of non-compliance with the property regulations or damage to on-site amenities, a fee will apply. The property has a motorbike and bicycle storage.
