Just 400m from the center of Brétignolles-sur-Mer (shops, market hall, and large twice-weekly market), this charming house of approximately 50m² comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment) opening onto a dining area (table, chairs, sideboard) and a relaxation area (sofa bed, flat-screen TV).
The sofa bed in the main room can be used as a single bed.
A hallway leads to the bathroom (vanity unit, shower, washing machine), a separate WC, and the bedroom (one queen-size bed + wardrobe).
The living room opens onto a pleasant landscaped patio (table, chairs, sun loungers, awning, gas barbecue).
At the front of the house, there is a small enclosed courtyard.
One private parking space.
You'll appreciate: the peaceful location in a residential area, yet just steps from the town center, as well as the pleasant patio, perfect for enjoying meals in the shade of the awning or relaxing on the sun loungers.
Pets are not allowed.
Sheets and linens are not provided.
Tourist tax is not included. Optional end-of-stay cleaning service, subject to availability (€80), can be booked through the agency. Security deposit: €350 by credit card only (pre-authorization). A cleaning deposit may be required. REF: MAY 2020 Property managed by a professional.

A very nice and clean house, fully equipped. We didn't need our car, close by the sea, 10 min with our bicycle, 5 min from the shops, and the center of the town. A lovely house with a terras and an entry at the backyard, where we could stall our bicycles very safely. We will sure come back once.
