Ocean Cabin is a brand-new property built with high-quality materials, including Landes pine, and features reversible air conditioning for your comfort.
The main room has a wall bed that easily converts into a sofa, offering a very comfortable sleeping space (160 cm x 200 cm), plus a stylish kitchen area with a bar table and armchairs.
The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
The living area opens onto a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a wooden pergola, perfect for relaxing in the fully fenced, peaceful garden. The cycle path and pine forest are just steps away.
Chambrette Beach, ideal for swimming and water sports like kayaking, windsurfing, and catamaran, is only 600 m away.
A beach bar is also nearby.
The ocean beach is 1.6 km away, and a beautiful surf beach is 2.5 km away. All amenities (pharmacy, butcher, bakery, grocery, supermarket, laundromat) are 500 m away.

Location fonctionnelle et confortable
Gîte non séparé d'un autre gîte sur la même propriété. Pas d'entrée réservée à notre gîte pour pouvoir garer le véhicule.

Très belle location cosy et coconing, au calme Bien équipée et bonne literie confortable pour y dormir . Très belle terrasse et joli jardin pour se reposer , propriétaire très à l’écoute et réactive en cas de besoin, je recommande fortement !
