Our lovingly furnished holiday flat is very cosy in a good location on the outskirts of Rüdesheim am Rhein. An ideal starting point for your activities in the Rheingau.
For 2 persons the flat offers on approx. 63m² (basement) a bedroom, living and dining area with fully equipped fitted kitchen - refrigerator with freezer, modern cooker and oven, toaster, kettle, egg cooker. Various types of coffee are available, such as a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother or a BIALETTI espresso maker for making Arabic coffee. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 metre box-spring bed. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub (also suitable for showering), WC, mirror cabinet, make-up mirror, hairdryer and radio. For your entertainment, the living room has a 55-inch LED Smart TV (including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney Plus access), a radio with CD player and a Bluetooth speaker to play your own music. There is also a well-lit reading corner and several books about the Rheingau and its sights. Underfloor heating and a fan with cooling and heating function, which filters 99.95% of pollutants such as pollen and germs from the air, also ensure your well-being.
Outside you will find a seating area by the koi pond to enjoy your coffee or wine in fine weather. There is also a gas barbecue incl. 900 degree infrared burner for a perfect steak.
Shopping facilities such as a bakery, chemist and supermarkets are nearby (approx. 350 metres). The Drosselgasse is 1.8 km away and the cable car 1.5 km. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity.
Two e-bikes (pedelecs) are available for extensive cycling tours upon previous request and for an extra cost.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed. The flat is not barrier-free and not suitable for children.
