A parking space completes this property ## Access You will need to collect your key from a secured key box located inside the black cupboard to the left of the entrance door of the LOGEAZUR IMMOBILIER - 32, Boulevard Albert 1er "Le Splendid" - 06600 ANTIBES.
The key box code will be provided to you before your arrival.
One parking space: Width 2.32m x Height 1.89m x Length 5m ## Interaction The LOGEAZUR agency will remain at your disposal during your stay. ## Neighborhood Antibes is located on the edge of the Mediterranean.
The city is located north of Cap d'Antibes, with a seafront facing the Bay of Angels and Nice clearly visible to the east.
The East of the Cape offers sandy beaches, called Garoupe, then closer to the city center, Salis, Ponteil, and finally Gravette beach, nestled at the foot of the ramparts.
Beyond Fort Carré, the pebble beach of the Fort extends to Villeneuve-Loubet.
To the west of this cape, Juan-les-Pins, a seaside resort administratively attached to Antibes, offers golden sandy beaches facing due south and a view of the Lérins islands.
This seaside district is centered around the beaches and the port of Golfe Juan. ## Transit Located in the city center, you will have access to all shops, beaches, ports, restaurants on foot.
Located 5 minutes walk from the bus station, you will have access to all buses to get around the city of Antibes, or even Cannes, Juan-les-Pins, Golfe-Juan, Nice.
By car : - NICE airport: 25 minutes - Juan les Pins: 6 minutes - Cannes: 25 minutes ## Notes Household linen provided (sheets and towels) If you would like an additional linen kit : Please Ask me As a reminder, this is not a hotel service but rather the provision of an individual non-professional accommodation.

Depuis la terrasse la vue est splendide! une vue de carte postale. L'appartement est idéalement placé, il est possible de tout faire à pied (restaurants, vieil Antibes, Juan les Pins). Juliette est très réactive, une parfaite organisation.
