Enjoy a peaceful and revitalizing stay in this charming holiday home in Gujan-Mestras, offering an exceptional view of the Arcachon Bay. Ideal for 4 guests, this 78 m² two-level property combines comfort, functionality, and proximity to water and nature activities.
Inside, you'll find a bright living room, a brand-new fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and two additional toilets.
The house features high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, washing machine, and, upon request, a baby bed and high chair.
Air conditioning is not available, but the friendly atmosphere and open terraces provide coolness and comfort. Make the most of the two private terraces and the upstairs balcony—perfect for admiring the bay or enjoying meals outdoors.
Boating enthusiasts can moor their boat at the Gujan port, located right in front of the house during the summer season. The house is ideally located for exploring the region: cycling paths and coastal trails are accessible directly from the property, and Arcachon train station is only 10 minutes away, offering quick access to Bordeaux. Parties are not allowed, and the house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
