The holiday home La Casuca del Músico, with step-free access in Novales, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with mountain views.
The three-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, five bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to ten people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, washing machine and dryer.
This accommodation does not have air conditioning.
The property features a private outdoor area with a pool (available from July to the end of August), hot tub, garden, covered terrace and barbecue, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
You also have access to a shared open terrace for unwinding in the evenings. The host recommends visiting attractions such as Comillas, Santillana del Mar, San Vicente de la Barquera, the Soplao Caves and the Picos de Europa.
The property is located close to the beach and within walking distance of public transport.
Five parking spaces are available on the property and free street parking is also available.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the accommodation.
The house features energy and water-saving systems, and sustainable materials have been used for insulation.

La casa es amplia, luminosa, limpia y está reformada con habitaciones completas salvo la de las literas que no tenían mesilla para móvil. Los baños estupendos, 5 para 10 personas. Jardín amplio y pueblo encantador.
A 27 de junio la piscina no estaba puesta cuando llegamos, es más pequeña de lo que parecía en fotos, y no es climatizada como indicaba la descripción. Además el propietario se justificó diciendo que hasta mediados de julio no la ponía, pero que haría una excepción y nos la pondría. En la descripció...
