The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot is also available.
There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.

The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance (bus stop 2 min away). The property is located near the city center, next to la Rosaleda stadium and nearby there is a public parking. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
