Bright and welcoming 80m2 apartment located on the first floor of a typical renovated Larian village house.
The house is located in a pedestrian area: it is therefore not possible to reach the apartment by car.
We also point out 6 steps at the entrance to the pedestrian street, which in turn includes steps. The private balcony equipped with table and chairs is delightful, where you can admire the panorama of the lake and the mountains! The apartment is able to host up to 4 people and internally composed of: LIVING AREA with double sofa bed and kitchen with gas hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, oven and microwave BEDROOM with double bed BATHROOM with tub/shower, bidet Additional services available to guests: balcony, wifi, washing machine, independent heating, fan, 32'' Smart TV Please note: NO A/C, no elevator To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Carate Urio, equal to 2 euro for the first 7 days.
Minors up to the age of 7 and the handicapped are exempted. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
