Located in Pescia Romana (a few kilometers from the town of Capalbio), the vacation home Dimora della Dogana, has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a full-size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedrooms and a loft room, 1 bathroom, and can thus accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, TV, and a washing machine.
A crib and high chair are also available upon request.
This property boasts a private outdoor space with a garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower. Guests of this vacation home have access to a 200m² garden and a furnished terrace/gazebo. The property is located 7 km from Capalbio scalo train station.
The location allows guests to easily reach places of interest such as the Alpaca plain, the hot springs of Saturnia and Vulci, the Tarot Garden, the Archaeological Parks of Vulci and Cosa, the Maremma Regional Park, as well as Porto Santo Stefano and Hercules. There are 2 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. Pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the building. Guests are asked to turn off lights when not in use. There is the possibility of half-board arrangements due to the presence of a home restaurant, and the host is part of the Cesarine group. Guided boat tours with aperitifs can be arranged upon request. A charging station for electric vehicles is available. No. 4 bicycles can be provided (for a fee). The facility has guidelines to help guests properly sort waste.
