The property is situated a 15-minute walk / 6-minute drive from the beach in Torre Dell'Orso a picturesque seaside town on the Adriatic coast of southern Italy. The closest restaurant is a 7-minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute walk.

The town's main attractions are its beautiful sandy beach, which stretches for several kilometres the limestone cliffs that overlook the coastline; dotted with natural caves and grottoes, which can be explored by boat or kayak.
