The holiday apartment Zur schönen Aussicht, which is situated in Schotten, overlooks the nearby mountain.
The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This holiday apartment offers a private outdoor space with a covered terrace and a barbecue. Public transport links are located within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. A parking space is available on the property. One pet is allowed. Guests are kindly requested to respect the hours of silence from 10 p.m. onwards. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage in a locked garage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
