The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
This vacation rental features a private terrace for relaxing evenings. Public transport links are located within walking distance of the apartment. 2 parking spaces are available on the property (accessible through the entrance to 15A), and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Bringing pets, smoking, lighting candles, taking food or drinks to bed, and celebrating events are not allowed. 2 bikes are provided free of charge. The property has a motorbike and bicycle storage. Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise from 10 pm to 7 am) and to dispose of trash independently. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Die Erdgeschosswohnung war perfekt ausgestattet in ruhiger Ortsrandlage gelegen.
Alle Geschäfte waren trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber super freundlich.
