Located in Costa Teguise, the holiday home Casa La Rosa Del Mar has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, a TV as well as a washing machine.
There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.
This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a balcony. The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.
A few metres away you can reach the El Jablillo beach. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. A bike is provided. Self-contained studio for telecommuting/office space. Alarm with photo detectors in entrance, living room, first floor (corridor). The property is equipped with artwork and a piano. The house was bright, airy, quiet and both of the bathrooms were fantastic. The interior almost had a California feel to it, and all of the amenities were as described and the place was very clean. Great value and walking distance to Costa Teguise shops and restaurants. Thank you Beatriz, we both loved it!

Helpful and friendly host. Although was unable to meet personally was exceptionally helpful and generous.
Couldn't recommend the villa more highly. Excellently appointed and clean and tidy. Great views of the ocean from the back garden and upper terrace. What more could you ask for!

Die Lage sowie auch die Einrichtung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Zudem konnten wir diverse Strände fußläufig gut erreichen. Auch gute Restaurants waren in der Nähe der Unterkunft.
Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Handtuchhalter in den Bädern sowie ein Klappstuhl auf dem Balkon wären wünschenswert. Ansonsten war alles bestens.
