Located in Otranto, the holiday home Villetta Amelie a Otranto has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with both a covered terrace and a balcony. The vacation home is situated 200 m from the waterfront, equipped beaches, a beach which is accesible free of charge, bars, and restaurants.
There is a supermarket just 150 m away. Parking is available with a pass (for a weekly fee).
Secure parking can be provided (for a daily fee). Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Reservations for guided tours as well as bookings for boat/horse riding excursions are available. Guests are expected to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise from 1 pm to 4 pm and after 11 pm).
