Located in Manilva, the holiday apartment Duquesa Suites Golf and Gardens has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
Enjoy the convenience of a private barbecue for cooking delicious meals during your stay. This property features shared outdoor area with a pool (normally open from May 1 to October 31, with schedule changes possible according to local restrictions), a garden, and a covered terrace.
Moreover, guests of the apartment enjoy access to a paddle/tennis court. The property is set within 5 walking minutes of Puerto de la Duquesa with several bars and restaurants, and 6 to 7 walking minutes of Puerto beach and Sabinillas promenade.
A Mercadona supermarket can be reached in 2 minutes by car, and it takes 55 driving minutes to reach Malaga Airport. A parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 1 pet can be allowed.
Owners who would like to bring additional pets are expected to notify the host in advance. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
