The 75 m² property consists of a living-dining room with access to the terrace, a main bedroom with a double bed (1.50 m), a study ideal for teleworking or remote work, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a separate laundry area, a spacious dressing room, and a bathroom. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and two smart TVs.
This holiday home offers a private terrace with incredible sea views, ideal for relaxing. Beach access is right in front of the property and there are several restaurants just a few steps away. It is located on the promenade that connects Arrecife with Puerto del Carmen, perfect for long walks. A shopping centre, supermarkets, and public transport links are just a few minutes’ walk away. The airport is 3 km away, about 10 minutes by car.
The apartment, for 2 guests aged 25 and over, is ideal for couples and families without children, as access involves stairs, which should also be considered by guests with reduced mobility.
Free street parking is available.
Pets and smoking are not allowed on the property.
There is no air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, and a table fan in the study.
The property reserves the right to request a deposit in cases where a booking does not meet any of the requirements published in the listing. This will be returned in full or in part at the end of your stay, once it has been checked that the home and its contents are in the same condition as when handed over to you.
