With a surface area of 68 m2, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a living room with sofa bed for 2, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double beds), entrance hall, bathroom with bathtub and separate separate toilet.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), with a dedicated workspace for home office home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as books and games for children.
The property is located close to the city center, shops and the Etoile gourmet market, which local produce.
Just a stone's throw away, you can relax in the thermal park (landscaped areas, pools, play areas, fountain) and enjoy the benefits of Thonon's waters in the spa establishment (600 m2 relaxation area, pools, sauna, hammam...). Public transport, train station and bike paths are all nearby, the funicular to the marina, the superb outdoor swimming pool with marina, the superb outdoor swimming pool with direct access to the lake numerous tourist attractions (château de Ripaille, de Montjoux...) and the various beaches of Lake Geneva. The property accepts one pet and has bike and motorcycle storage. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The apartment has low-energy lighting. The owner offers the possibility of picking up your order from a supermarket of her choice.
