Around the cottage, Drôme Provençale delights heritage lovers and sports enthusiasts alike: hilltop villages such as Grignan and Le Poët-Laval, fragrant lavender fields, colorful Provençal markets, and the vineyards of Clairette and Tricastin.
For adventurers, there is hiking in the Baronnies and Vercors, mountain biking on Diois trails, rock climbing in Orpierre, canyoning in the Eygues gorges, or kayaking on the Drôme. Nearby, Vaucluse awaits with the Palais des Papes in Avignon, the ochre cliffs of Roussillon, the market of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the villages of Luberon, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and Mont Ventoux.
