The holiday home “Da Susy” is located in Tuscany, in the beautiful medieval village of San Quirico, Pistoia province, at 530 meters above sea level.
The house is about a 20-minute drive from the center of Pescia, the nearest town with all main services such as supermarkets and shops. There are two free parking areas outside the village, at the lower part of the town.
From the parking lots, you can reach the property on foot in about 5 minutes, walking up a typical mountain village slope. The 90 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso and classic moka coffee makers, kettle, satellite TV with multilingual channels, books, games, and guides for local excursions.
A high chair and a baby cot are also available. Pescia is 10 km away.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
Bed linen change is available for an extra fee. The property provides guidelines for correct waste separation, with further information available on site.
The home uses energy-saving lighting.

This Appartment was bigger than our expectations, is very nicely decorated with cottage style interior and the host provided for all the things you need! We loved our stay and Jacopo and his wife were such attentive hosts! We also loved the village of San Quirico, it couldn’t get more authentic Italian than this!
That we had to go back home

Erg leuk huisje van alle gemakken voorzien met aardige host. Let wel op dat het dorp self autovrij is en je dus een stuk met je bagage moet lopen. Bij aankomst heeft de host een karretje om je bagage naar je huisje te brengen.
