The holiday apartment Bernie House 1 is located in Naxos and overlooks the mountain.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a covered terrace.
Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden. The accommodation is conveniently located only 2 minutes away from the village of Melanes, where you will find a small market, taverns, cafes and of course the well-known statue of "Kouros". The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. A parking space is available on the property. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property features energy-saving lighting. The host can arrange an airport shuttle service available at a surcharge, sailing excursions, cooking classes and car or motorbike rentals.
