Located in Waischenfeld, the holiday apartment Stub'n Balbine has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine.
Furthermore, a shared gym and gym equipment are available on the property.
This property offers access to a shared outdoor area with an open terrace, an outdoor sauna and barbecue facilities.
The accommodation is housed in a 200 year old farmhouse with many lovingly designed outdoor seating and sitting areas that contribute to the necessary relaxation. 2 parking spaces are available on the property.
One pet is allowed.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Bread roll service is available from Monday to Saturday (for a fee).
The property offers homemade/homegrown produce.

Wir wurden von Martina sehr herzlich empfangen! Man fühlte sich gleich wie zuhause! So ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus! Hier sieht man die Liebe zum Detail! Wir waren alle begeistert und freuen uns schon auf das neue Mal!

Der Gemeinschaftssraum für drei FeWo hatten wir für uns allein, wobei man in jeder Ferienwohnung auch für sich sein kann.
Zu wenig Ablagen in den Schränken und eine Kirchenglocke, die 6 Uhr 5 Minuten lang bimmelt.
Das Familientreffen an diesem Ort war ein voller Erfolg.
